Our new bathroom

We have had some major issues with our master bathroom over the past few years.  To make a long story short, the builder of our house took some short cuts which resulted in a leak into our downstairs.  Here are the pictures of the rotted wood where the shower caused the leak.

And now, after 6 long weeks, here is the new and improved bathroom!

Randomness

Margot and her best friend.  Neville likes to lay on the floor and play anywhere close to her.
Uncle Richard came to visit and everyone dressed for the West Ham game.

Check out the new name on the ramp:  Marcus Lattimore!
Honoring Marcus with his towel and shoes.

Halloween

Margot wore the outfit I wore on my second Halloween (was only 7 days old on my first one).  Mom had made this for me and Kevin and Catherine wore it also.  Margot looks super cute keeping up the tradition!

Mommy's Birthday Gift

Margot and Daddy made a beautiful picture for Mommy's 30th birthday!  Vann did this while I was at work and there was not a trace of it when I got home.  Amazing!

6 Months Old

Oct 30th was Margot's 6 month birthday!  Can't believe she is half a year old already.  She is growing, growing, growing.  At our appointment, Margot weighed 18 pounds and 4 ounces (80%).  She continues to develop well.  Currently, Margot can sit on her own and has figured out how to move from a sitting position to laying on her belly.  No crawling yet, but she can scoot backwards and turn herself in a circle.  She continues to love books and things that make noise (such as rattles).  Margot also really loves the jumping exersaucer and plays in it most days while I make dinner.  What a great babysitter!  We are continuing to try new foods also.  To date I have made her peas, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, carrots, apples, pears, mangoes, parsnips, and bananas.  So far, she really likes to eat and I have really enjoyed making her food.  Here are our 6 month pictures:
