4 Months Old

Today we went for our four month checkup.  Margot weighed 15lbs 10oz which is in the 76th percentile.  She really showed off for Dr. Rickenmann.  As soon as she walked in the room and started speaking, Margot started laughing and smiled and babbled through the whole appointment.  We did get two vaccines and cried crocodile tears but were easily comforted with the pacifier and fell asleep as soon as she got in the car.

Here are some of our four month pictures.  Margot was very fascinated with Rocky Raccoon so the pictures are not so great.  We tried again on Sunday but with the same results.

Margot learned a lot during the past month.  She is always smiling no matter who is speaking to her.  She has rolled over from her front to back and enjoys doing tummy time.  She really wants to start moving and kicks her legs all the time.  Margot also loves to babble and laugh.  We have gotten some really good belly laughs out of her in the past month which make us laugh too.  She has also taken a great interest in Neville and tries to grab at him whenever he is near her.  Luckily, he is a patient dog and does not mind.  I think he wants her to play with him also.
